read before commissioning me / purchasing designs from me
If owning my designs/art all of the rules below automatically apply. They can change without prior notice, although I don't expect any major updates. Some of the rules here can be overlooked in certain scenarios and is open for discussion about changing them, but my opinion is final!
DESIGNS / ADOPTS
- don't steal, copy, trace, heavily reference, or claim as yours if you don't own them
- always credit me as the designer
- do not sell my designs for more or less than you bought them for unless you bought more art for them and their value grew
- I allow minor changes to the design after you purchase it as long as the character is still recognizable
- do not delete the original artwork of my designs from your th gallery
- do not erase my watermark from the original artwork in any case
- I do not accept refunds on adopts and for customs, the refund can be partial
- co-own is permitted as long as you lmk
- do not delete my designs from toyhouse, I will probably no longer do business with you, hiding them is ok as long as the profile still exists
COMMISSIONS / ART
- don't steal, copy, trace, heavily reference, or claim as yours if you do not own the art
- always credit me as the artist if using my art as pfp, icons, and overall
- do not erase my watermark from the original artwork in any case
- I have the right to use your commission as a portfolio unless you clearly state you don't agree with that
- if a client asks for extensive changes that were not discussed before payment I can ask for an extra fee, the fee will be higher if the art is past the sketch stage
- if a client asks for extensive changes majorly after the sketch stage I have the right to deny adding them or canceling the service completely with a partial refund, if you have any questions regarding that rule feel free to ask on my ig
- I do full refunds ONLY if I'm not capable of completing the commission or if the client cancels for a legitimate reason (medical bills, rent, emergency)
- I do not accept refunds if the client doesn't respect my TOS, are disrespectful, or cancels after the comm is finished
- I DO NOT SUPPORT NFT OF ANY KIND, and you will be blocked if you ask me to make you something associated with them
- my designs can be renamed and their given traits can be changed with no restrictions
- clear ref sheets are preferred but if needed I can work with low-quality images
- for customs, the more information the client gives me about their traits, details, and fur patterns the better. I accept mood boards or low-quality concepts
- for sceneries I can do most, the more references the client provides the better the outcome can be. I have the right to refuse a background in case I find it too challenging for me to do
- you may ask for minor changes after the comm is finished but I will not do any major fixes
- unfortunately, I can't work with deadlines because I am still a student and I can't control the number of tests/homework I have
- you may gift and trade my designs/art with no restrictions
- if you do not follow these rules while doing business with me you will be either given a warning or added to my blacklist
- if you're given a warning I will still do business with you but I will be wary and may not accept every comm
- if you're added to my blacklist you're basically banned from owning my designs and I will not work with you in the future. if you purchased art from me before being added to it, you are permitted to keep it but I will add a warning about you on my socials and will not associate with you in any way
- all my payments are done through Paypal invoces, i can do payment requests aswell if the amount of money isn't very big
- i do have a ko-fi where you can donate if you want to, it's linked in my carrdI WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR COMMISSION IF YOU DON'T READ MY TERMS OF SERVICE!!!
